Shipping & Delivery

Quails uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and ships time.

Most Ground Deliveries can take 3-8 full business days, depending on your location and designated shipping method. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An estimate of when a product is expected to leave the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.

Free UPS or Fed Ex Ground shipping on all orders. All orders placed by 3pm EST are processed the same day business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day. We also offer a free shipping to any one of our store locations in NY, NJ and PA. We do not ship internationally or to PO Box addresses. Shipping normally takes 3-10 business days.

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. You can choose a different Shipping Method for each item on your order.

Shipping Methods:

 

 

    • Guaranteed Standard Shipping → Delivers within 5 business days*
    • Guaranteed 2 Day Shipping → Delivers within 2 business days
    • Guaranteed 2-3 Business Day Shipping → Delivers within 2-3 business days
    • Guaranteed Next Day Shipping → Delivers within 1 business day
    • Guaranteed Next Day Shipping, before noon → Delivers before noon the day after the product is available

 

 

*Items shipped Standard via United States Postal Service deliver within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the product within 30 days of purchase.  No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days from the original date of purchase. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. No returns accepted on worn or tailored items. All returned products must be in the same delivered condition and in their original packaging.

All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

Store Purchases

To return an item(s) purchased at a SKECHERS Retail Store, bring the unworn item(s) back to the store of purchase with the original receipt and box. You will have the option to exchange the item(s) or return your purchase for a full refund/credit.
